Given all the stores in my area, Target is almost always the first place to start for some shopping magic. I’ve said it before, and I still stand by it. I think there is magic time dust in the air there because it is like time stands still for me once I enter the front door. Of course, then I leave and realize that 4 hours have passed, and I don’t have time to go to any other stores. The struggle is real.
While I was wandering the store this time , I found the seasonal aisle and had to fill my cart with a few bags of fun Easter candy. Hopefully I can keep most of it hidden until it is time to fill the kid’s Easter baskets.
But then I raided the pantry and found a few bags of microwave popcorn, some white chocolate, and lots of sprinkles. Chocolate covered popcorn is one of my favorite snacks to make when I need a treat in a hurry.
Ok, let’s be honest. When I need chocolate in a hurry, I usually just hide in the closet with a bag of chocolate chips.
For this fun Easter popcorn, I covered everything in white chocolate and sprinkles, then tossed the bag of candy into the bowl. Pour it on a pan and place it in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes so it can set up. Then break it apart and go to town munching on it!!!
If you still need more easy no bake treats for Easter, you should check out this Yummy Bunny Snack Mix. Bags of it would be so cute for school parties. If you like sweet and salty, this Easter Saltine Toffee sounds incredible. And of course, this Easter Bunny Tail Chex Mix is too cute. I love the little marshmallow “tails”.
