Today was my first day back to eating healthy…and right now I would give my right arm for a giant piece of cake or a brownie. Shoot, I would even eat sugar cubes if I could. Does anyone have any tips for getting through those sugar cravings without giving in? At least we are headed to my son’s baseball game tonight, and I will be out of the house and away from all the sugar voices that I keep hearing from my kitchen.
