Time to Sparkle #72

Only one more week of sleeping in, eating bad, and no routine is left of our summer.  Can I just say how much I am looking forward to having a routine again?  My head and body need to start going to bed earlier and eating better.  As much as I complain about going to the gym, I am actually looking forward to that part of my day this coming school year.  We went a few times over the summer but not regularly, so it didn’t really feel like it did anything.

Come next Monday though I have plans to go back and to start a new Advocare 24 Day Challenge.  Has anyone else ever done one of these before?

I have done it twice before with regular working out, and I lost about 7-8 pounds and 7-8 inches overall both times.  Ok, summer weight gain I am coming for you with a vengeance.  Does anyone else want to join me for some weight loss fun?  Yes, I know the challenge is expensive, but it actually keeps you more accountable to doing the program when you spend good money on it.  Plus, it seriously works if you follow it!!!  And I can totally be your email accountability partner if you like :-) Order it HERE today, and you can have it and be ready to start with me on Monday morning.

Good luck with your challenge!! I did about 90 days of a different plan earlier this year – 40lbs GONE!! Just in time for summer too – Spanx and the Texas summer heat do NOT go well together!! It was interesting trying to cook & blog while eating only 1,000 cals a day without any sugar, carbs and very little fat – let’s say I got verrrry creative with zucchini, lol!

Thanks for hosting, it’s always a great party!
