I get to watch Regis and Kelly for about 20 minutes
while on the death machine…I mean elliptical:-)
Anyway, yesterday they showed a picture
of Derek Jeter’s house in Tampa.
Not kidding you…
one of the biggest houses that I have seen!
You have got to google it and see what I mean!
Seriously what do you need over 30,ooo square feet for?
And 9 bathrooms?
Right now I am feeling very sorry for the lady
that has to dust and clean the bathrooms.
I feel sorry for myself
when it is bathroom day in my own house
..and I only have 2.
Uuuggg that reminds me…it is Wednesday…
and that is bathroom cleaning day here in the BruCrew house.
Curse me for setting up that daily cleaning schedule!!!
maybe I could put it off just a little bit longer?
I know, I will give you another recipe.
That will at least give me a few more minutes
before torture begins;-)
How about some
Reeses Banana Brownie Cups?
I thought you might like that…
(I really am truly sorry to those of you that read & can’t eat peanut butter)
Unfortunately I am a little addicted to that creamy substance!
Reeses Banana Brownie Cups:
1 white cake mix
1/4 c. sour cream
2 spotty brown bananas
1 brownie mix
reeses pieces, as little or as many as you like:-)
Preheat your oven to 350* Make up the cake mix just like the directions say except add in the sour cream and the smushed up bananas with the liquids. Set aside. Make up the brownie mix. You want to make them fudgey so only use 2 eggs. Fill your muffin pan with liners and scoop in some brownie batter. Fill it about 1/4 of the way. Then take your reeses pieces and toss them with a little bit of flour. This will help keep them from sinking all the way to the bottom of the cupcake. Stir into the cake batter. Then start filling your cupcake liners again. They should be at least 3/4 of the way full when you are done. Bake for 22-24 minutes. Cool and frost with a light peanut butter butter cream. Top with a reeses heart…yea I still have leftover Valentine candy:-)
Peanut Butter Butter Cream
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
4 c. powdered sugar
Cream butter and peanut butter. Add the water, salt, and vanilla and cream again. Slowly add the powdered sugar. After all the sugar is added, beat in another 1-2 tbsp. water. It should be very creamy and whipped looking.
