Yeah, all this baking and yumminess is to blame.
I have hit a weight loss plateau and
I am blaming it on all this baking. It could not be because I have no will power
when sugar (ie. choc) is around.
No, that couldn't be it:-)There is just something about baking treats
    that I find super relaxing.
This week I have a lot to share...
    so pull up a chair
    and try not to drool
as you make your way through
my past week of goodies...1. Sugar Cookie BouquetsRandom fact some of you might not know...
I have a small home based business called
    Jocelyn's Sweetcakes!
I make decorated cakes, cupcakes, and cookies
    for special orders.

These were for a silent auction at a hospital
to raise money for breast cancer, I believe?
And random fact two for ya...
I love to make these fun things look so pretty!
(I was told they were a huge hit
and I have more orders because of it)
    YEA!!!!

    2. Inside Out German Chocolate Cake

Ok, so a good friend of mine asked me
to make a german choc cake for her sisters bridal shower.
I started looking up recipes and...
I came to the realization that this cake
    is butt ugly!!!
    Definitely not bridal shower worthy!!!
And because I can be particular
(ok, some might even say anal)
    about my creations being pretty...
    I was on a quest.
My good friend Google didn't let me down.
    I came across this beauty!
The yummy, but ugly coconut/pecan filling
    is covered/slathered/encased
    with a tasty chocolate glaze.
    Don't eyeball it too closely...
next time I will double the glaze
because I wasn't happy with how it poured on.
But once it is on, you are stuck with how it looks.

    3. Mounds Cake Truffles

Ok, what to do with the tops of the previous cake
and the leftover coconut frosting in the fridge???
Make Mounds Cake Truffles of course!
    What else would youdo?

Yea, I could've thrown it all away
and for the sake of my diet...
I should do that next time around:-)These are so easy to make too.
    Crumble leftover cake
    stir in frosting
    roll into balls
    freeze
    dip in chocolate
    garnish with something pretty 🙂
    eat lots and lots
entice your friends to eat them before working out!  LOL!
(i would never ever do that last thing though,no not me)
    4. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake
I know this the same pic I posted earlier this week...
but it is in response to all of my faithful readers
    who asked for the recipe.
You guys always blow me away with all your comments...
you are the best readers 🙂

    Eat slowly.
You will need a glass of water
or milk after eating a slice of this.
It is super rich and decadent!

I gave it 2 thumbs up!
My hubby is quite the cheesecake baker:-)
