So, I realized today that when you are doing work outs and eating right for a few months, you can STILL get off track really, really easily. Especially when you like to eat food as much as we do 🙂
My sister and her family were here visiting us last week. One day of working out and a whole week of eating not so good for you food was enough to get me off my workout wagon. This morning was pretty rough at the gym…although, I have to admit it could have been a lot worse. We made it, but holy cow am I dragging now!

I totally agree with you. It happens with me ALL the time!! Working out one day and next five days lazying around!
I know what you mean about it being hard to get back into the workout routine. I got back into it yesterday after a 2-week hiatus and it was torture! It felt worse than when I started working out in the first place!

Don’t worry your not the only one that falls off the wagon. I do it constantly. I am always starting a new workout. People make it look so easy, but I am always struggling. Glad your had fun with the family! Thats what its all about…oh and food. Hehe. 🙂
