Chicken, beans, corn, and nacho toppings turn this VELVEETA Cheesy Skillet into a delicious nacho experience.

Ingredients
1 pound chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 box VELVEETA Nacho Supreme Cheesy Skillet
2 cups water
1 can corn, diced
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced avocados for garnish
Instructions
Place oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until completely cooked through.
Add the water and the bag of noodles and seasoning to the cooked meat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until most of the water is gone, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Stir in the can of beans and corn. Open the cheese packet and stir into the pasta. Drizzle the top of the skillet dinner with the salsa packet.
Serve with lettuce, tomato, and avocado if desired. Makes 5 - 1 cup servings.
