Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

    1. Place a metal bowl and whisk attachment in the freezer for 10 minutes.
    2. Pour the cream, eggnog, extract, nutmeg, and powdered sugar into the chilled bowl.
    3. Beat on low speed until everything is mixed in. Use a spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl.
    4. Increase the mixer speed and beat until thick and creamy.
    5. Swirl on desserts with a piping bag and icing tip 1M.
