White Chocolate Peppermint Pattie Popcorn

This White Chocolate Peppermint Pattie Popcorn is a fun snack mix to make and eat. Feel free to change out the colors of the Sixlets and sprinkles to accommodate any event or party.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup red and white Sixlets
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag Peppermint Patties, chopped
  • 2 (10 ounces each) bags white chocolate melting wafers
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Combine the popcorn and marshmallows in a large bowl. Make sure to remove any popcorn seeds that did not pop.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave following the package directions. Pour over the popcorn in the bowl. Stir until everything is coated.
  3. Add the chopped Peppermint Patties and Sixlets, reserving a handful of each. Stir into the chocolate covered popcorn gently.
  4. Dump the popcorn onto a wax paper lined tray. Top with sprinkles and reserved candy. Let set.
  5. Store in a sealed bag or container on the counter. Makes about 10 cups chocolate covered popcorn.
