Fruit Salsa Yogurt Cups

Enjoy these Fruit Salsa Yogurt Cups as a small little desert. Or just eat the fruit salad by itself.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 20 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 - 15 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 - 6 ounce container fresh blackberries
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 cup halved blackberries*
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • frozen vanilla yogurt
  • one batch Cinnamon Sugar Dessert Cups

Instructions

  1. Cut up any of the larger fruits first. Then combine all the fruit into one large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the honey and lime juice. Stir into the fruit.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with frozen yogurt and cinnamon sugar dessert cups.

Notes

*The blackberries will stain the other fruit. Stir those in right before serving to avoid the discoloration.
