Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place everything in a blender and pulse until completely mixed and smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
