These Healthy Pulled Pork Burrito Bowls are full of lean and green veggies and an easy pork that has cooked in your crock pot all day.  Layer it with some Easy Cauliflower Rice and all the toppings for an easy dinner that everyone will love.

  1. Place 1 cup of chopped lettuce in each bowl.
  2. Top with 1/2 cup cauliflower rice and 1/2 cup pork.
  3. Add tomatoes, onion, avocado, and peppers Drizzle with dressing.
  4. Sprinkle with cilantro and cheese. Add a few jalapeño slices on top. Serve immediately.
