Chicken and Broccoli Pizza Rolls

Chicken, cheese, and broccoli wrapped in an easy pizza crust makes a great snack after school or an easy dinner on busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken (or 1 - 12.5 ounce can chunk chicken breast)
  • 1/2 cup finely diced broccoli
  • 1 - 13 ounce refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 pan.
  2. Place the cream cheese, garlic, parmesan cheese, and chicken in a skillet and heat until warm and creamy.
  3. Stir in the diced broccoli.
  4. Roll out the pizza crust. Spread the cheese and chicken mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese. Press into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Roll the dough up gently from the long side of the crust. Cut into 12 even slices.
  7. Place the sliced dough in the greased dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Adjust temperature to broil. Broil for 2-3 minutes, or until browned to desired look. Do not leave the rolls unattended while broiling. Serve warm.

Notes

  • If you are using canned chicken, drain and break it apart with a fork before using.
