Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 6 Oreo cookies
  • 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup dry hot chocolate mix
  • 1 cup Cool Whip, divided
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge topping
  • sprinkles
  • mini marshmallow bits
  • 6 maraschino cherries with stems, patted dry

Instructions

  1. Place the cookies (filling included) in a food processor. Pulse until crumbs. Divide the crumbs evenly in the bottom of 6 - 5-ounce cups.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add the sour cream, marshmallow, and dry hot chocolate mix and beat again until completely mixed in.
  3. Fold in 1/2 cup Cool Whip gently. Spoon the mixture evenly into the cups. Use the back of a spoon to level the top gently.
  4. Place the hot fudge in the microwave and heat for 10-15 seconds. Spoon the hot fudge on top of the cups.
  5. Use a piping bag and icing tip 1M to swirl a little bit of Cool Whip on top of each cup. Sprinkle with sprinkles and top with a cherry. Keep refrigerated.

Notes

  • Set the cream cheese out ahead of time so it is easier to beat into a creamy filling.
  • Assemble the layers in mini Mason jars if you do not want to buy plastic parfait cups.
  • Use a piping bag to add the filling to the cups cleanly. A ziplock baggie works, too. Spoon the filling into a large bag and cut one corner off so you can squeeze it in easily.
  • Add a swirl of peppermint whipped cream for the holidays.
  • Wait to add toppings if you are taking them on the go. Cover them with a lid or plastic wrap, and then add the toppings once you've arrived.
