Loaded Butterfinger Banana Muffins

Easy banana muffins loaded with chocolate chips and Butterfinger candy bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 brown bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a muffin tin with 20 cupcake liners.
  2. Cream the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat again.
  3. Smash the bananas and stir in to the butter mixture gently.
  4. Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Slowly add to butter mixture.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips and candy bars by hand. Fill muffin liners about 3/4 full and bake for 25 minutes.
