Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 - 8 ounce bag Reese's Mini Peanut Butter cups, cut in half
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream

Instructions

  1. Chill your metal mixing bowl and wire whisk for 30 minutes.
  2. Using a fork, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Set aside.
  3. Place the whipping cream in the chilled bowl, and beat until it becomes whipped cream.
  4. Gently stir the peanut butter mixture into the whipped cream. Do not stir vigorously, as you do not want the air to dissolve from the whipped cream.
  5. Stir in the peanut butter cups gently.
  6. Pour half the mixture into a freezer safe bowl. Drop half the marshmallow cream on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Spoon the rest of the ice cream on top and repeat with the marshmallow cream.
  8. Freeze for several hours or until completely frozen.
