Dark Chocolate Butterfinger Cookies

Dark chocolate cookies filled with Butterfinger candy bars. Grab a glass a milk to have with these delicious cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped Butterfinger Bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla and beat again.
  3. Stir together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly beat into the butter mixture.
  4. Stir in the Butterfinger pieces by hand.Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Roll the dough into 48 balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a Silpat. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Cool on the pan for a few minutes, then remove to a wax paper lined counter. Cool completely. Store in a sealed container on the counter.
