Dark chocolate and salted caramel chips make this Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark a fun and easy treat to make in minutes. Perfect for parties or giving away!

Ingredients
1 - 10 ounce bag of dark chocolate melting wafers
1 bag pretzels, twists or waffles
1 cup salted caramel chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil
coarse ground sea salt
sprinkles
Instructions
Line a 10x15 pan with foil.
Place 1 cup chocolate melts in a microwave safe bowl and melt according to package directions.
Spread the chocolate on the bottom of the pan in a rectangle about 8x13 inches.
Press pretzels side by side into the chocolate before it sets up.
Place the salted caramel chips and 1 Tablespoon coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds and stir. Heat an additional 20-30 seconds. Add the additional Tablespoons oil and stir until melted and creamy. Pour onto the pretzels and spread it out using an angled spatula.
Melt the remaining chocolate wafers and spoon into a plastic baggie. Cut one tip off and drizzle it over the bark. Top with sea salt and sprinkles. Refrigerate for a few minutes to set up.
Use a large knife to cut the bark into chunks. Store in a tightly sealed container or bag.
