Ingredients

  • 1/2 batch Homemade Pizza Dough
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup Farm Rich Pulled Pork BBQ
  • 1 - 8 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained very well
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup sliced red peppers
  • 2 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to about 250 degrees. If using a charcoal grill, move the coals to the outside of the grill after they are heated up. Spray a pizza screen with non-stick spray.
  2. Toss your dough and pull it out to 14 inches. Spread out on the prepared pizza tray. Place on the heated grill. Close the lid and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Make sure you keep your heat at about the same temperature, so it doesn't over bake.
  3. Mix together the ranch and barbecue sauce. Spread over the par-baked crust. Cover the sauce with 2 cups of the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the bbq pork, pineapple, jalapeño slices, and red peppers over the top of the cheese. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Place the pizza back on the grill and close the lid. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove from the grill and let sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Cut into slices, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve immediately.

Notes

*If you do not want to grill this pizza, pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees and bake the pizza for about 20-22 minutes, or until browned to your liking.
