Your data is collected by our Email Service Provider, Flodesk.

You may unsubscribe at any time from our newsletters using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, or you can email us at jocelyn@insidebrucrewlife.com and ask to be removed. Please make sure that you are using the same email address that you received the emails from to do this.

Within the Email Service Provider, we use tags to track the pages you visit and the actions you take in emails, so we can provide a more personalized email service.

We send emails a few times each week and, with our tracking, try to make them as relevant to you as possible.

Details we hold, including your name, email address, and the places you have visited, will never be passed on to a Third Party.

How and Why We Track Visits
