We want to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
This year has been another one with major changes for our family. God has provided for us as we transitioned to a new state and to our oldest going to college.
I am so thankful to have a fun job that can go with us wherever we are. I also am so thankful for each and every one of you. It's so fun to get emails and comments from everyone who tries our recipes. Your support makes what I do so much fun! Thank you for letting me share stories and recipes from our kitchen.
Be sure you take time this holiday season to enjoy time with your family and friends. It's so easy to get busy going going going that you can experience some burn out. Take some time to relax and eat some cookies and fudge while you spend quality time with your loved ones.
Most importantly, make sure to remember why we celebrate at this time of year. Sometimes we get busy with all the decorating, eating, and enjoying friends and family that we totally miss the whole point of Christmas. God sent His only Son to show us the way to live and to become our Savior. It makes all the busy things that we get involved in seem less important.
Let the joy of Jesus fill your heart and mind as you celebrate with your family this week. Merry CHRISTmas and have a wonderful holiday!
