Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from our kitchen to yours. We appreciate each and every one of you that visit our site and that make and enjoy our recipes.
2020 has definitely been a rollercoaster of a year, but we are so grateful to be able to continue sharing dinner and dessert recipes with you. Thank you for the continued support throughout this entire year.
We hope each of you were able to relax and enjoy time (whether on Zoom or in person) with your loved ones. Hopefully, you also enjoyed some delicious treats and goodies. Remember there are only a few more days until those healthy resolutions kick in. So until then, grab another cookie...or two.
And above all else, we hope you remember why we celebrate this wonderful holiday. We have been given an amazing gift. In a stable many years ago, a Savior was born who is Christ the Lord. I am so thankful to know and love this gift of life that was shared with us in Bethlehem. May we all remember that Jesus is the Reason for the Season. It makes those gifts and food seem less important.
Our prayer is that we would remember that all year long, not just one day. This is such great news that we should be shouting from the mountaintops every day! Don’t let the craziness of life take our focus from the one true God. He loves each and everyone of us, and wants to fill our lives with unspeakable joy!!!
Isaiah 9:6
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Luke 2:14
…a Savior is born who is Christ the Lord. Glory to God in the highest, and on earth, peace, good will toward men.
Merry CHRISTmas!
