2 YEARS AGO...and I never shared it! Can you even believe that I have been keeping this sweet dip from you??? Yeah, me either.

This dip is full of cherries, chocolate chips, and pecans and is absolutely delicious, but my first attempt at pictures was seriously lacking. You see I tried to make a cheese ball when I made it the first time around.

Let's just say 2 years ago my cheese ball making skills were very lacking. Don't ask me how you can mess up rolling a cheese ball, but...yeah, I did. Now I wish I had saved those originally pictures, so we could have a good laugh over them.

White Chocolate Reese's Brownies

These White Chocolate Reese's Brownies are topped with a white chocolate mousse, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and sprinkles. They are a great way to celebrate a special occasion.

White chocolate and Reese's make these brownies worth every single bite. They are perfect for any party.

I love a rich decadent brownie. And this brownie definitely falls into the rich and decadent categories. Go ahead and make your favorite brownies...you can use a box mix or go homemade. It's totally up to you. I have been making these Homemade Chocolate Chip Brownies lately, but today I went with a box mix to save on a little time.

After the brownies cooled, I topped them with a white chocolate pudding mousse that is so easy to make. Pudding, milk, and Cool Whip makes such a nice fluffy topping. I almost went to town on the bowl with a spoon, but I resisted. Then comes the hardest to resist. You are going to chop up Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and not eat them. Well, ok, you can sneak a few pieces here and there. There is no judging coming from me. Resist eating them all though because they really are the finishing piece to these fun brownies.

A few sprinkles later and these party brownies are ready to go! Feel free to change up the sprinkles to match any party decor or party theme.

Ingredients

1 box brownie mix (9x13 size)
1 box instant white chocolate pudding mix (3.5 oz)
1 cup milk
1 cup Cool Whip
2 cups chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
sprinkles

Instructions

Preheat the oven according to box directions.
Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the back of the box. Bake and let cool completely.
Whisk together the pudding mix and milk. Let set for 2-3 minutes in the refrigerator.
Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread over the top of the cooled brownies. T
op with the peanut butter cups and sprinkles. Keep refrigerated in a sealed container. Makes 24 brownies.

REFINE

Our last year has been one of many changes and adjustments. We followed God's leading in our lives and went into full time ministry. It truly amazes me to look back on the last year and see how God provided for our family. Were there times I doubted His provision? Yes, I am human after all. I like security. I like knowing what is going to happen and when it is going to happen. I also like knowing there is money in our account to pay those bills that do not stop coming in, even when you change jobs and take a large pay cut.

But that is where trust comes in. I had to completely trust God for those things I could not control. I had to trust my husband in his choices for our family. It's a hard but easy choice to make.
