I seriously am starting to think I am allergic to dust….
sorry honey, I just can’t do anymore house cleaning.
I know that as a SAHM that is part of my job requirements,
but you don’t want me sneezing all the time, do you???
Last week we added some more shelves in our closet.
I had finally had it with dumping my sweater box out
each time I wanted to find anything.
My sweet husband bought all the shelves and installed them
right away. Oh how I love him!!!
Of course that meant I had to do a deep clean
…and had to go through all my shoes…
while I was sneezing!
I may or may not be addicted to cute shoes.
Definitely not allergic to these!
There is also a small chance that I have way too many shoes…
the jury is still out on that one.
I will not tell how many I had…nope not going to even budge.
(I didn’t even share that with the husband)
I do want to be able to shop again this year!

But I will tell you how to make this absolutely scrumptious
peanut butter pie parfait:-)
Deal?!?
Peanut Butter Pie Parfaits
Layers of peanut butter pie, chocolate topping, and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups make this pudding cup an extra decadent dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs (I used Oreos)
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups Cool Whip, divided
2 cups chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
- Divide the cookie crumbs into the bottoms of 4 large parfait glasses. Set aside.
- Bring the whipping cream to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips. Stir until thoroughly melted. Let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl beat the peanut butter and cream cheese until creamy. Slowly add the powdered sugar until mixed in. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip by hand.
- Layer the peanut butter filling, chocolate sauce, and peanut butter cups in the parfait cups making sure to have 2 layers of each. Top with the extra Cool Whip and extra peanut butter cups. Keep refrigerated. Makes 4 large parfaits.
Notes
You could also make this in 8 small Mason jelly jars.
