Be honest! Are you a fan of candy corn? I know this fall candy is controversial, but I'm on team candy corn for life!
Now let me ask you another question. Have you ever eaten candy corn with peanuts? If not, you are missing out! When you mix them, it tastes just like a PayDay candy bar. Seriously, it's so good, and it's my favorite way to eat candy corn this time of year.
When I found a package of peanut butter cookie dough in the fridge and a bag of candy corn in the cupboard, I knew this candy pizza had to happen. Inspired by my caramel marshmallow brownies, I topped the peanut butter cookie with gooey melted marshmallows and a mix of candy corn, peanuts, and Reese's Pieces.
Quick warning, though! Don't reach into the bowl of snack mix for a little taste, because once you start, it is really hard to stop. I may or may not have made two bowls while making this treat. One for the dessert pizza, and one for me to munch on while it baked!
Why You'll Love This Peanut Butter Cookie Pizza
- Store-bought cookie base. Refrigerated cookie dough makes this a quick 20-minute dessert. Sometimes quick and easy wins over a recipe from scratch.
- Gooey marshmallows. Toasted mini marshmallows add a soft, chewy layer between the cookie and the crunchy toppings.
- Fall snack mix. The combo of candy corn, peanuts, and Reese's Pieces gives every slice the perfect sweet-and-salty crunch.
Ingredients Needed
This fall dessert pizza is easy to make with 5 simple ingredients. Scroll to the bottom of this post for the printable recipe card.

- Refrigerated Peanut Butter Cookie Dough: A 16-ounce package makes an easy cookie base. Just press it into a 10-inch pizza pan and bake.
- Miniature Marshmallows: These melt into a gooey layer over the large cookie. A quick trip under the broiler gives them those golden, toasted edges.
- Peanuts: Choose salted peanuts to balance out sweet candies and cookie.
- Candy Corn: Adds plenty of sweetness and that classic fall flavor and color.
- Reese's Pieces: My favorite way to add even more peanut butter flavor and a pop of color on top.
Use the leftover candy corn to make a batch of homemade Butterfingers. It's so easy and so good!
How To Make Candy Corn Cookie Pizza
This candy pizza is really easy to put together. Here's how I make it:
- Bake the cookie base. Spray the pan with cooking spray, then press the cookie dough into the prepared pan and bake until just set.
- Add the toppings. Stir together the marshmallows, peanuts, and candy corn. Sprinkle the mixture over the cookie crust
- Broil. Place the pan under the broiler until the marshmallows start to melt and turn golden. Watch closely, because they can burn quickly!
- Add the Reese's Pieces. Sprinkle them over the warm marshmallows and gently press them down so they stick.

BruCrew Tips
- Press the cookie dough evenly. An even layer helps the cookie bake consistently without thick or thin spots.
- Watch the marshmallows closely! They can go from golden to burnt very quickly, so stay right by the oven and pull them out as soon as they're toasted.
- Add the Reese's Pieces after broiling. This keeps them from melting under the high broiler heat.
- Cool completely before cutting. The marshmallow topping is much easier to slice once it cools and sets.
- Use a wet knife. Run a sharp knife under water and rewet it between cuts. The water helps the knife get through the sticky marshmallows.

Storage Recommendations
Store the cookie pizza in a tightly sealed container at room temperature for up to 3 days. The gooey topping is best the day it is made, but it will keep for a few days.
Want to make it ahead? Bake the cookie base ahead of time, then add and broil the marshmallow topping right before serving.
Cookie Pizza Variations
- Use a sugar cookie base. Swap the peanut butter dough for sugar cookie dough for a different flavor.
- Switch up the toppings. If candy corn isn't your thing, use fall-colored M&M's or your favorite Halloween candy instead.
- Try a fruit cookie pizza. For a different take on a peanut butter pizza, try this peanut butter apple cookie pizza with fresh apples, peanut butter, Reese's cups, and chocolate.

Candy Corn Cookie Pizza
This Peanut Butter Candy Corn Cookie Pizza is a giant peanut butter cookie topped with melted marshmallows, candy corn, peanuts, and Reese's Pieces.
Ingredients
- 1 - 16 ounce package refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- ½ cup dry roasted salted peanuts
- ½ cup candy corn
- ¼ cup Reese's Pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 10 inch pan or dish with nonstick baking spray.
- Press the cookie dough evenly onto the prepared pan or dish. Bake for 12 minutes.
- Stir together the marshmallows, peanuts, and candy corn. Sprinkle over the hot cookie evenly. Place the pan back in the oven and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Turn the broiler on and toast the marshmallows for 1 minute. Keep an eye on the marshmallows while doing this.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the Reese's Pieces. Press them slightly into the warm marshmallows. Let the cookie cool completely.
- Run a knife under hot water before cutting slices. Do not dry off the knife before cutting because a wet knife will not stick to the marshmallows as much.
Notes
- Press the cookie dough evenly. An even layer helps the cookie bake consistently without thick or thin spots.
- Watch the marshmallows closely! They can go from golden to burnt very quickly, so stay right by the oven and pull them out as soon as they're toasted.
- Add the Reese's Pieces after broiling. This keeps them from melting under the extreme heat of the broiler.
- Cool completely before cutting. The marshmallow topping is much easier to slice once it cools and sets.
- Use a wet knife. Run a sharp knife under water and rewet between cuts. The water helps the knife glide through the sticky marshmallows.

I thought it was just me who has more fun baking this time of year! I could easily eat half of this "pizza." I know my family would love this. Now I just need to make sure that I have enough bags of candy corn in the house because I have a tendency of eating them before they can make it into any goodie. 😉
