My go-to holiday drink this year has been the eggnog latte. I've been treating myself to one almost every day this week. This coffee drink love inspired me to turn some of that nog into a fun no bake dessert.

- Strong Coffee: For the best flavor, I recommend using strong brewed espresso or coffee. Brew it ahead of time and let it cool before dipping. Store-bought cold brew or instant coffee powder is also a great option.
- Mascarpone Cheese: Find this soft cheese in the refrigerated case of most stores' deli section. Full-fat cream cheese is also another option.
- French Vanilla Pudding Mix: Make sure it is instant so it sets up correctly.
- Eggnog: Use alcohol-free eggnog to keep this dessert family-friendly. For the best flavor, use a full-fat variety. My favorite store-bought brand is Southern Comfort because it is thick, creamy, and delicious.
- Extra Flavor: I add rum extract and ground nutmeg to boost the eggnog flavor.

How to Make Eggnog Tiramisu
This easy eggnog dessert comes together quickly with just a few easy steps.

- Make the eggnog pudding. Whisk the instant pudding, extract, nutmeg, and eggnog in a large bowl. Let it sit in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Mix in the mascarpone until smooth, then fold in some Cool Whip.
- Dip the ladyfingers. Quickly dip half of the cookies into coffee. One second per side is plenty. Arrange them at the bottom of an 8x8 dish.
- Layer the tiramisu. Spread half of the eggnog mixture on top. Repeat the layers. Spoon the remaining Cool Whip into a piping bag fitted with tip #21, then swirl it on top of the no bake dessert.
- Chill and set. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible. This helps the layers set and the flavors come together.

- Keep it from sticking. Spread a thin layer of the pudding mixture in the bottom of the pan to prevent the cookies from sticking.
- Dip the cookies quickly. Crispy lady fingers will soak up liquid quickly, so give them a 1-second dunk. Too much liquid makes them mushy.
- Serve it cold. This dessert tastes best served chilled. Take it out of the refrigerator just before serving for the best taste and texture.
Variations
- Make an adult version. Add a splash of dark rum, amaretto, Grand Marnier, brandy, or Kahlua to the coffee before dipping the cookies.
- Make individual servings. Layer the eggnog pudding and cookies in small glasses or jars.

Eggnog Tiramisu
This Eggnog Tiramisu is a simple holiday treat that is cozy and delicious. Layers of eggnog mascarpone pudding and coffee-dipped cookies create a stunning dessert that impresses everyone at holiday dinners.
Ingredients
- 3.4 ounce package instant French vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg + extra
- 8 ounce container mascarpone cheese
- 16 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed and divided
- 7 ounce package Savoiardi Ladyfingers
- 2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
Instructions
- Whisk the pudding mix, eggnog, extract, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate 5 minutes to thicken.
- Add the mascarpone to the pudding mixture and beat just until incorporated. Fold in 8-ounce Cool Whip gently.
- Cut any cookies that don't fit in the bottom of the pan. Dip half of the ladyfingers quickly into the cooled coffee, then place them in the bottom of the pan.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the ladyfingers. Repeat the layers.
