Main Ingredients
With just a few simple ingredients and a package of Oreo cookies you can make this easy Oreo brownie recipe.
- Brownie Mix - One 9x13 boxed mix is what you need. You can also make a batch of homemade chocolate chip brownies for the base.
- Oreo Cookies - You will need some chopped up into chunks and a few crushed into crumbs.
- Marshmallow Fluff - This adds the gooey marshmallow center in the brownies. You can find it in the baking aisle near the regular marshmallows.
- Chocolate Chips - Extra chocolate is just always a good idea. I like using milk chocolate chips for this recipe, but semi-sweet or dark chocolate are great too.
How to make Marshmallow Oreo Brownies
My husband even said they were some of the best Oreo brownies he has ever had. And that says ALOT because he is not a sweets eater!
- Make brownie batter and spread half of it in a greased 9x13 baking pan.
- Drop marshmallow fluff by spoonfuls over the batter. Swirl gently. Sprinkle the Oreo cookie chunks over the marshmallow swirls.
- Gently spread the rest of the brownie batter over everything. Be sure to cover all the marshmallow.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and Oreo cookie crumbs. Bake until done.
So, I suggest you bake up a pan of Oreo brownies for yourself (and your family, because I don't recommend eating the whole pan by yourself) to see for yourself just how decadent these are!

Good morning,
is it possible to make them with homemade brownies? if so do you have the recipe?
THANKS
Jocelyn
Yes, you can use a homemade brownie. Here is my recipe for that. Just double everything to make it in the 9x13 pan and they may need to bake a few extra minutes longer than the recipe says because of all the extras in them. https://insidebrucrewlife.com/homemade-chocolate-chip-brownies/

Could you make these with dark chocolate brownie mix & dark chocolate chips instead of milk?
Jocelyn
You definitely could! I usually get the dark chocolate brownie mixes because they are my favorite!

Just made these and I can't believe how delicious they are. Well, yes I can! Brownies with marshmallows and oreos. . .How could they not be exceptional, especially during that time where chocolate craving seem to peak. I didn't have any brownie mix at home so I used Brook's Bombshell Brownie Recipe on allrecipes.com and these were amazing with her recipe. This brownie mix is a little thick so I used the back of a spoon to spread it but it is so worth the effort. We didn't even bother cutting them and just dug right it! So not politically correct but oh so delicious. Somehow the messiness makes them even more delish, if that is even possible!

NOOOO!! We don't habe a Walmart in the Netherlands 🙁 Can you make the recipe without jet puffed chocolate covered mallow bites? Or something else?
Jocelyn Brubaker
Do you have any type of marshmallow there? You could always just make the brownies with the cookies.

I can't seem to find the chocolate covered marshmellows.. hmmm im confused lol... are they in the frozen section or you are suppose to freeze them.
Jocelyn
I bought mine in the baking aisle with the rest of the marshmallows. I think they were on a top shelf? You could always melt a little bit of chocolate in a bowl and toss the marshmallows in the chocolate, then lay them flat on wax paper to dry if you can't find them.
