I love cake mix cookies. One of my favorite things to do is hide some candy inside them. Ever since I made these cinnamon caramel cookies with Rolos inside them, I have been plotting another fun candy cookie.

Have you seen these bags of mini Peppermint Patties? The mini candy bars are the perfect size to hide inside a red velvet cookie.

And of course, extra chocolate and sprinkles were the perfect addition to these easy cookies. They made them so pretty and perfect holidays!

I'm really not one to jump on viral trends, but for some reason these Tiktok tortilla wraps got me, and I had to try them. We made and loved this BLT Tortilla Wrap Hack last week, and here I am with another delicious one for you.

Meats are not really my favorite, but I do love a good pulled pork sandwich every once in a while. Sometimes we cook our own, and sometimes we buy pork that is already cooked and shredded. This week the ready-made won out because we had soccer games and meetings to go too.

Nothing says "I love you" to my family more than a hot breakfast. Most of the time I make a big batch of blueberry pancakes, banana waffles, and loaded egg burritos and keep them in the freezer, so they can heat up a quick breakfast before school.

This week we have been busy with a room redo project, so I have been pretty distracted cleaning and organizing. So, making dinner has been the last thing on my mind.

This chicken soup was one of those last minute, "Oh, yeah. The family needs to eat real food, so I should probably make something." Normally, this White Chicken Chili is one of my go to's when I need a quick dinner, but I didn't have all the ingredients for it this time.

So, I quickly grabbed a few things from our cupboards and fridge and threw it all in one big pot. Voilà! Cheesy chicken goodness in no time at all.

Our kiddos devoured the soup and a loaf of this Easy Garlic Herb Bread no time at all, so I knew I had to make it again. Luckily, for me and you, I wrote all the ingredients down as I threw them in the pot, so it was easy to make it again for dinner (and pictures)
