what should we do with that half empty jar of Nutella in our cupboard?
(other than just eat it by the spoonfuls…but who does that?)
Somehow I have created full-blown snack monsters in our kids!!!
They can eat a full plate of food at dinner,
and then they turn around and say they are hungry for a snack an hour later.
Now don’t get me wrong…
we don’t let them eat a snack every single night.
Maybe just every other night…LOL!
And most nights we just let them have a bowl of cereal or a bag of popcorn before bedtime.
But sometimes a delicious, gooey treat is fun to do!
This is such a quick and easy dessert.
And it really isn’t that bad for you…wink, wink!
Oh wait, these treats are coated in butter and cinnamon sugar… so scratch that.
These banana Nutella quesadillas are probably pretty bad for you,
but they were so good! So, who cares about a few extra calories!
You can work it off tomorrow. Just make sure to do an extra few lunges or run an extra mile at the gym. Gooey Nutella is always worth a little bit of pain in a workout, right? At least that’s what I keep telling myself.
And the bonus to this delicious snack is that your kids will love you for it…more than they already do.
