As much as I tried to watch what I was eating over the holidays, I definitely overate on a few treats. I didn't really gain any weight, but I feel fluffier and puffier. This morning I did my weigh-in and measurements, so I could track my progress over the next month. I'm ready to start this new year off with some healthy foods and exercise. Who is with me?
I am definitely not one that likes to eat the same thing over and over though, so I will be trying to create some new healthy recipes to share with you as we continue on our health journey. I have a few recipes that I worked on last fall, but savory food is definitely harder to photograph, so I need to do more work on those photos.
Healthy eating, exercise, and daily time in the Word are what I am challenge myself to stay on track with this month. What goals do you have for the new year? I would love to hear what you are working on too.
