Hello, 2018! I can’t believe another year has come and gone. I am sitting here reflecting on the things I want to change and work on in the new year. Do you have some resolutions and goals that you are going to start today? Making and eating more healthy meals is in my top 5 goals, so I put together a round up of 21 healthy and delicious recipes to get us going.
As much as I tried to watch what I was eating over the holidays, I definitely overate on a few treats. I didn’t really gain any weight, but I feel fluffier and puffier. This morning I did my weigh in and measurements, so I could track my progress over the next month. I’m ready to start this new year off with some healthy foods and exercise. Who is with me?
I am definitely not one that likes to eat the same thing over and over though, so I will be trying to create some new healthy recipes to share with you as we continue on our health journey. I have a few recipes that I worked on last fall, but savory food is definitely harder to photograph, so I need to do more work on those photos.
Healthy eating, exercise, and daily time in the Word are what I am challenge myself to stay on track with this month. What goals do you have for the new year? I would love to hear what you are working on too.
