Danishes are an easy pastry to make for breakfast or brunch. They look so pretty and fancy on your table, yet they are so simple to make.

Over the years we have made quite a few danish recipes. They are perfect for morning treats or late night snacks.

Some of our favorites are lemon cheese danish, a cherry danish, and this raspberry cheesecake danish. Or think way outside of the box and make this yummy s'mores danish.

    Why Make This Recipe

This cream filled blueberry danish is one of the easiest breakfast recipes you can make. Plus, homemade always tastes better than anything you can buy at the store.

Using crescent rolls for the base makes them simple to put together. In less than 30 minutes, you can be enjoying a blueberry danish in your own home. No special equipment or skills needed.

What you will love most about this recipe is how versatile it is. Change out the blueberries for your favorite jam or pie filling and create a new and exciting pastry each time.

This danish recipe is great for holidays, special occasions, and showers, as it will impress everyone. Great for Easter and Mother's day!

A white bowl filled with chicken chili and topped with sour cream and avocado slices.

This delicious and easy White Chicken Chili Soup is a great way to warm up on a cold night. In just 30 minutes, you can make a hearty chicken chili soup recipe that has the perfect amount of spice and flavor.

A white bowl filled with chicken chilii and toppings.
    [feast_advanced_jump_to]

We love making a pot of homemade soup for dinner when the weather turns cooler. There is just something so cozy and comforting about a hot bowl of soup when it's cold outside.

Our family loves making this broccoli cheddar soup, this creamy tomato soup, and this sweet and spicy Dr. Pepper chili. You can even have a healthy sausage kale soup if you are looking for a low carb soup.

But I think my all-time favorite soup might be chicken chili. It is a little lighter and brothier than red chili and has a rich, warm flavor that I enjoy.

Why This White Chicken Chili Soup Works

This hearty white chili is made with a creamy broth, shredded chicken, white beans, and a variety of spices. It's full of flavor and tastes amazing.

    • It's a welcome change from traditional chili.
    • Easy to make on the stovetop or in a slow cooker.
    • No need for flour or cream to thicken this soup. Blending beans with broth is a great way to thicken the soup without adding extra carbs or dairy.
    • This one-pot meal can be ready in less than 30 minutes.
    • Perfect dinner for cold weather!

The best part about this white chicken chili recipe is having it for lunch the next day. It's easy to reheat the leftovers in the microwave or stovetop.

Take your dessert to a whole new level with this Oreo Mousse Cake. A light fluffy cookies and cream mousse on a fudgy brownie bottom pie creates an Oreo dessert that will make everyone stop and stare.

If you love brownie cakes, you should try our thin mint cheesecake or our strawberry mousse cake.

    [feast_advanced_jump_to]

Making desserts with a brownie base is one of my favorite ways to make a fancy show stopping cake that is actually quite easy.

If you have never had a dessert with a brownie base then you are missing out. Some of my favorites include cherry mousse brownie cake, Snickers cheesecake, and this cookie dough cheesecake brownie pie.

This time I added some Oreo fluff to the top of a homemade brownie. Oh, my word! One bite of the smooth texture and chocolate and cream flavor of this Oreo mousse dessert will make you lose control. In a good way!

    Why This Works

A chewy brownie crust topped with a light, fluffy mousse that is loaded with Oreos cookies is a match made in heaven. You can do our homemade brownies or use a box mix. Either works and tastes good, so do what makes you happy.

Chocolate cookies give the Oreo mousse cake an amazing cookies and cream flavor. The sweet fluff will melt in your mouth because the cookies soften and get cake-like after it sits for a while.

This is an absolutely amazing dessert to share with friends and family. I recommend making it for birthdays or special events when you want to "wow" everyone with your dessert making skills.

    [feast_advanced_jump_to]

Our family absolutely loves anything buffalo chicken. In fact, the most requested appetizer every month is buffalo chicken dip.

So when I saw buffalo chicken tots on the menu at Friar's Nook in Magic Kingdom, I had to try them. After all I love tater tots and I love buffalo chicken, so the dish sounded magical.

One of my favorite things to do is recreate Disney recipes, so a pan of those buffalo totchos had to happen when I got home. It's a great way to enjoy the magic of the Parks when you can't be there.

    What are Totchos?

Totchos are nachos made with tater tots.  The crispy tots take the place of chips and are covered in cheese and all your favorite toppings.

    Why You Will Love Them

A pan of loaded buffalo chicken totchos combines buffalo chicken with crispy tater tots. They are amazing and so delicious and can be served as a full meal or as an appetizer.

The key to this totchos recipe is the crispy tot base. Use your oven or air fryer to bake them before loading with all the toppings.

    • They are made with just a few ingredients.
    • Easy meal prep that can be done in minutes.
    • Change up the toppings based on your preferences.
    • Great game day appetizer!

Other buffalo chicken recipes that you may enjoy is this buffalo chicken salad, these buffalo chicken calzones, or this buffalo chicken pizza.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from our family to yours!

We are so thankful for your continued support as we share dinner and dessert recipes with you each week. Thank you for visiting our site and making our recipes with your families.  We love getting emails and comments from everyone who tries our recipes. Your support makes what we do in the kitchen so much fun!

It's our hope and prayer that during this busy holiday season you are able to relax and enjoy what God has given you. It's easy to get so busy that we forget to slow down and to be present in the moment.

All the decorating, eating, and enjoying friends and family can make us forget the meaning of Christmas. God sent His only Son to show us the way to live and to be our Savior. It makes all those activities we get involved in seem less important.

Let the joy of Jesus fill your heart and mind as you celebrate with your family this week.  Merry CHRISTmas and have a wonderful holiday season!

Luke 2:10-11 “I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.”

Luke 2:14 “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth, peace, good will toward men.”

    [feast_advanced_jump_to]

When our kids were little we lived near a small mom & pop donut shop that had the best donuts. To this day I dream about how their cake donuts would melt in your mouth.

Have you had Little Debbie donut sticks? The texture in those glazed stick donuts remind me of those cake donuts. Over the years I have made copycat recipes for their oatmeal cream pies, banana twins, and cherry cordials, so we had to recreate their donut sticks.

If you have never fried donuts, it's time to learn. I'm here to show you that it is a lot easier than you think.

    Why Make Homemade Donut Sticks

    • Easy to make! The soft and fluffy dough comes together in 10 minutes.
    • Great recipe for beginners. These donuts do not use yeast, so there is no rise time required.
    • Tastes like an old fashioned donut! They have a crunch and a crackle on the outside and have a soft cake inside.
    • A sugary glaze that melts in your mouth. Making donut sticks means there is more surface area for the shiny glaze to stick to.

Looking for baked donuts? Try these baked chocolate zucchini donuts, traditional chocolate donuts, or these glazed apple cinnamon donuts.
